In association with the German Governments SES (Senior Experten Services) Programme. Mr Hans Wedekind was sent to MBI to impart his Skills and Knowledge in the Shipping Industry to our Learners and Lecturers. This was Mr. Wedekind’s second assignment to MBI. He is a former Managing Director of Hoegh Autoliners, one of the largest Auto Carriers in the world.

Learners and Lecturing Staff have gained immense knowledge and skills from Mr. Wedekind.

Mr. Wedekind has also tied up collaborations with German Shipping Companies and MBI whereby those Shipping Companies will participate in the Guest Lecturing Programmes. Furthermore, these International Companies have agreed to give some learners Internships and On the Job Training.

This innovation is a ground breaking initiative and we look forward to future such assignments from the experts at MBI.
