The integrated TowelMate® system dispenses 500 C-fold or 800 multifold towels, promoting efficient dispensing and helping reduce excess paper use. A single, recessed-lock door provides access to both the towel compartment and the removable, leak-proof 8.5-gal. (32-L) waste container for simplified servicing.

MATERIALS:
Cabinet — 18-8, type-304, 20-gauge (0.9mm) stainless steel. All-welded construction.
Door — 18-8, type-304, 18-gauge (1.2mm) stainless steel with satin or matte black finish, as specified. All seamwelded construction with well-defined edges and corners. Secured to cabinet with a concealed, full-length, stainless steel piano-hinge. Equipped with stainless steel cable door-swing limiter and two tumbler locks keyed like other Bobrick washroom accessories. Tumbler locks flush with the door - no protrusion. Paper Towel Dispenser — 18-8, type-304, 18-gauge (1.2mm) stainless steel with satin or matte black finish, as specified. Capacity: 500 C-fold or 800 multifold paper towels 2-1/2" to 3-1/2" (64-90mm) deep. Unit equipped with TowelMate® consisting of a 90° return towel guide angle inside cabinet to prevent paper towels from falling forward and out when door is opened for servicing.
TowelMate® Towel Rod Assembly — Consisting of a round nylon rod and (2) stainless steel rod screws for attachment, is field replaceable. Stainless steel stop screws (2) lock TowelMate® rod assembly in place.
Waste Container — Leakproof, rigid molded plastic. Removable for servicing. Capacity: 8.5-gal. (32-L).

OPERATION:
Unit dispenses C-fold or multifold paper towels 2-1/2" to 3-1/2" (64-90mm) deep without adjustment or use of adapters. To service waste receptacle, unlock door with key provided and remove waste container. To service paper towels, unlock door with key provided, load paper onto the TowelMate® within the cabinet, and then pull one sheet of paper towel over the TowelMate® towel rod and out to conceal rod and start dispense. Slots in sides of door indicate refill time. Cable door-swing limiter prevents damage to washroom accessories and walls.

5-Year Limited Warranty — Bobrick extends a limited 5-year warranty from the date of purchase on all parts for model B-9944. This warranty is limited to the repair or exchange of defective parts at the option of Bobrick and is only extended to the original owner of the installed unit against defects in factory workmanship or material under normal use and service.

INSTALLATION:
Provide framed rough wall opening 11-1/2" wide x 51-1/4" high (292 x 1302mm). Minimum recessed depth required from finish face of wall is 4-1/4" (108mm). Allow clearance for construction features that may protrude into rough wall opening from opposite wall. If unit projects above top of wainscot, provide aluminum channel or other filler to eliminate gap between flange and finish face of wall. Mount cabinet with shims between framing and cabinet at all points indicated by an S, then secure unit with #8 x 1-1/4" (4.2 x 32mm) sheet-metal screws (not furnished). Assemble cabinet towards the right side of the wall opening, to ensure the openings for the locks in the cabinet have sufficient clearance, allowing the key locks on the cover door to engage and disengage properly.

Semi-recessed paper towel dispenser and waste receptacle shall be type-304 stainless steel; all-welded construction. Exposed surfaces shall have satin or matte black finish, as specified. Unit equipped with TowelMate® consisting of a 90° return towel guide angle inside cabinet to prevent paper towels from falling forward and out when door is opened for servicing and a nylon rod across the center of the towel tray to dispense paper towels one at a time. Door shall be secured to cabinet with a concealed, full-length, stainless steel piano-hinge and equipped with a stainless steel cable door-swing limiter and two tumbler locks. Tumbler locks flush with the door - no protrusion. Paper towel dispenser shall be capable of dispensing 500 C-fold, or 800 multifold paper towels. Waste receptacle shall be furnished with a removable, leakproof, rigid molded plastic waste-container with a capacity of 8.5-gal (32-L).
