The Flush Bolt for Metal Doors with 12" Extension Brushed Nickel from Richelieu Hardware is designed with safety in mind and is easy to install. When the active door is opened, the lever can be moved to the "up" position, retracting the bolt and allowing the inactive leaf to be opened. When the inactive leaf is closed, the lever can be moved to the "down" position, pushing the bolt into the strike and securely locking the inactive leaf.

- Mounting hardware is included for an easy installation
- Length x Width: 6-3/4" (171 mm) x 1" (25.4 mm) x 1-3/8" (34.9 mm)
- Simplified installation for metal frames; round bolt head requires only a punched hole. Strike use is optional. A special guide design and flat-sided bolt tip prevent bolt rotation.
- Requires a mortised groove in the door 5-1/2" long x 7/8" deep
- Unlock easily by flipping the lever
