Nautical-Style Oil Lamp Kit - Painted Black/Black Chrome

This WoodRiver® Nautical-Style Oil Lamp Kit is truly a unique, fully functional item. The weighted base allows it to tip and tilt freely on a moving surface, in theory, allowing it to remain steady. Unlike a candle, they cannot be knocked over; the flame is protected by a sturdy glass globe. The lamp burns clean and bright using standard lamp oil and features an adjustable 1/4" wick. It looks great by itself, but when paired with a turned base or handcrafted box, it becomes absolutely stunning. This piece measures 3-1/4" diameter by 4-1/2" tall. If turning a base, you will need to create a 3-5/32" diameter opening with a 1-5/16"-deep bottom. Building a box, a 3-5/32"-diameter opening will need to be created to allow the lamp to seat flush. There are endless possibilities for finishing this kit.
