- Details: This is a reverse, hand painting on glass, modeled after the original Hummel image "Girl with Geese / Goose Girl". The image shows a girl dressed in an apron and polka dot kerchief hiding something behind her back, while the two geese in front, are stretching their necks as if they know something good is coming to them, perhaps a treat? Based on research we know there were very few of these paintings on glass made, which were sold during the peak of Hummel popularity, 1940's - 1950's. Although this is not official Hummel merchandise, due to their age, being hand painted and their rarity, this is still a sought after collectible. The signature "Hummel" (not authentic), is on the bottom left of the painting. On the back side is paper attached which reads: "Sold by: Elfriede Wohlrath Furstenfeldbruck, Brucker Straße 44". Brucker Straße being located in Bavaria, Germany.

- Dimensions: 9.0 inches Tall, 7.25 inches Wide and 1.0 inch Deep
- Condition: Vintage - Used. Very Good Vintage Condition. The painting and glass are both in Excellent Condition. The frame is in Average Vintage Condition with scuffs and scrapes, discoloration, plus there are small loose nails floating between the glass and frame. The metal hanging hook has rusted.
