This easy to use and compact Spunding valve is handy for keg transfers or pressurised fermentations when you want to limit oxygen exposure and use counter pressure in the keg you are filling into or in the fermenter you are using.
Spunding valves are a handy sub-type of pressure relief mechanisms that are usually adjustable. Spunding valves are useful in a number of brewing applications as well as kegging and transferring techniques.
This is a low profile opton only 4.5cm in height. This spunding valve fits to standard gas posts on your fermenter or keg. This is a compact iteration of a spunding valve, for a more reliable and accurate spunding mechanism we recommend a diaphragm style valve such as the Blowtie 2.
