How to Use the Therabody Cube:
Securely rest the device on the intended treatment area, and long press either the cold or hot button to power the device on and begin treatment. You can choose between 3 simple presets – cold, hot and contrast – and then let Cube do its thing.
Hot: 24min - 95ºF, 102ºF, 109ºF
Cold: 18min - 61ºF, 54ºF, 46ºF
Contrast: 20min - Cold 46ºF, Hot 109ºF
