These tasty chews are made of beef esophagus which has been split down the center and flattened into a strip. Each piece is approximately 6 inches long, though there will be variations in length and shape. This chew is especially palatable (making it a good recommendation for picky dogs), and a rich source of easily digestible protein! The texture is similar to a firm jerky, and pieces can be folded and broken off of each strip.
