Spider Gum Claws are one of the most visually distinctive blackwater botanicals in our range, creating instant focal points within blackwater and biotope aquascapes. Harvested from the Eucalyptus conferruminata tree in Western Australia, these unique claw-shaped botanicals add dramatic structure and a wild, natural feel to aquarium layouts.

Their hard, woody composition allows them to last a long time underwater, while their complex surfaces quickly become coated in biofilm. This makes Spider Gum Claws an excellent supplementary food source for shrimp, Plecos, Ancistrus, and other bottom-dwelling species. They are equally suited to natural-style aquariums and breeding setups where long-lasting botanicals are preferred.

Tannins Released: Low

All our botanicals are organically sourced, free from harmful pesticides, and naturally sun-dried without the use of chemicals.
